Bomb blast hit Church in Kenya, 16 dead while several injured


Sixteen persons have been confirmed dead and 40 injured by the Kenya Red Cross in a twin blasts that hit church services in Garissa, Kenya on Sunday.

Regional deputy police chief Phillip Ndolo said baclava-clad hoodlums attacked the town’s Catholic Church and the African Inland Church.
They used guns and grenades in the attacks.
The attacks took place during morning sermons in the garrison town.
